We now offer online scheduling as well with the following link:

Instructions:

1. Once you click on the link it will take you to a different page where you will select New Patient Appointment.

2. Then click the green button that pops up and select either doctor, there are different times available under each one, even though they are for the same doctor.

3. Select the time that works best for you.

4. Click on the link below the Username field to create a username and password for our portal.

5. Enter your First Name, Last name, Gender, Date of Birth, and email.

6. Then come up with a username and password you will remember, then click next.

7. You will get an appointment confirmation via email.

8. You can then use your account on our portal to fill out your new patient paperwork online.
